Private Tutoring
We are pleased to offer one-on-one traditional academic tutoring in subject areas related to the arts and humanities including English, Language Arts, Social Studies, etc. We can also teach study skills and strategies.
Our private tutoring option will be based on helping the child/youth with what they are working on at school.
Private tutoring can happen in-person at your location, or online. Online only recommended for ages 12 and up.

About Our Tutoring Services
Unlike other services like facilitated book clubs or individual novel studies in which our facilitators design and customize the session curriculum, our private tutoring takes the lead from our learners (and/or their parents) to tailor support for what they are working on at school. Tutors will bring minimal content to the sessions, so please be prepared to bring school textbooks, worksheets, assignments, questions, etc.
Please note that Enliven Lit does not make any promises or guarantees about particular grade outcomes. We also hold ourselves to the highest of ethical standards and will not engage in “tutoring” activities that would constitute plagiarism or academic dishonesty. Use of our services should be disclosed to teachers, especially if the learner is at the college or university level.
